When used in a fridge and a freezer, please make sure to close the four corners properly.
\nIf you refrigerate or freeze the product with the lid incompletely closed, the lid may shrink and become difficult to close.
\nIf the lid does not close, soak the lid in warm water (about 40\u2103) to soften it, and then try to fit it into the body.<\/div>\n

Is it ok to keep Ume, pickles or Miso in the container?<\/h4>\n
All our container products have passed Food Sanitation law, so you can use it safely for ingredients and food.<\/div>\n

I bought SmartFlap & Locks but the cap comes off from the lock.<\/h4>\n

Take the lid out from the body part and then keep opening the spout and pull it up.
\nThe new one is tight so hold the lid properly and the take the cap out.<\/div>\n

I bought a cold water bottle (Stock No. K-1266, K-291, K-298) whose body is made of polypropylene and filled it with boiling water, but it has a plastic smell.<\/h4>\n
We doubt the plastic smell comes from the polypropylene that is used as the main material.
\nPlastic smells differently for different people and once warmed up, the odor is disposed to smell more.
\nTo eliminate, we recommend to leave it in kitchen bleach or leave it to soak in rice water for 30 minutes and then wash it with detergent because rice water contains proteins which functional as a surfaceacting agent.<\/div>\n
